Fundn is a crowdfunding platform built on the Base blockchain. Campaign creators set a funding goal and deadline. Donors contribute USDC directly into a smart contract vault. If the goal is met by the deadline, the beneficiary can withdraw the funds. If not, every donor gets a full automatic refund. Fundn never holds your money.

Funds go directly into an on-chain smart contract vault specific to each campaign. Fundn has zero access to these funds. Only the contract rules determine what happens: the beneficiary receives the funds if the goal is met, or donors get refunded if it is not.

Fundn charges zero platform fees. Ever. 100% of every donation goes to the campaign beneficiary. No hidden cut. Fundn also covers the gas fees, so donors pay exactly the amount they choose to donate and nothing more.

If the funding goal is not met before the campaign deadline, the smart contract automatically makes all funds available for refund. Each donor can reclaim their exact contribution on-chain. No manual process, no waiting for Fundn to approve anything.

Any EVM-compatible wallet works: MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Rainbow, or any wallet supported by WalletConnect. Donations are processed in USDC on Base only. You will need a tiny amount of ETH on Base in your wallet — this is the standard blockchain transaction fee that every on-chain transfer requires, the same as sending USDC to any wallet on Base. This is not a Fundn charge. The gas fees Fundn absorbs are the ones that matter most to campaign owners: deploying the smart contract vault when a campaign is created, and releasing the funds to the beneficiary when a goal is met. We cover those because many campaign owners are raising money precisely because they are in need — asking them to pay deployment fees upfront for a campaign that might not even succeed would be wrong. What we cannot do is reach into your wallet and top up your ETH before you send a donation. That part stays in your hands, as it should. If you are using Farcaster, your connected wallet is used automatically.

The creator is the wallet that submits the campaign and manages it. The beneficiary is the wallet address that receives the funds if the campaign succeeds. They can be the same person or different, for example a charity wallet address can be set as the beneficiary while you manage the campaign.

Fundn does not custody your funds at any point. All money lives in audited smart contracts on Base, not on Fundn servers. Every transaction is publicly visible on-chain. The all-or-nothing model means donors are protected: if the goal is not met, they get their money back automatically.

Yes. Fundn is built as a Farcaster Mini App. When you open it inside a Farcaster client like Warpcast, your Farcaster identity and verified wallet are used automatically. No separate wallet connection is needed. You can browse campaigns, donate, and create campaigns directly from within the Farcaster app.

Click Start a Campaign, fill in your campaign title, description, funding goal in USDC, and deadline. Add an image to make your campaign stand out. Submit the form and your wallet will be prompted to deploy the smart contract vault on Base. Once confirmed on-chain, your campaign is live and ready to receive donations.

USDC is a US Dollar stablecoin issued by Circle. 1 USDC equals $1 USD. Fundn uses USDC because donors and creators need predictable amounts. Crypto price volatility would make goal tracking unreliable. USDC on Base also has very low transaction fees, often under $0.01.
